On a world completely covered with water, human settlers live in shelters made from leaves of floating aquatic plants and communicate through messages transmitted from atop towers. Everything seems harmonious and perfect, but periodically monstrous and indestructible beings come out of the calm ocean waters to steal food and endanger the people. When one of the human residents decided to find a way to end this torment, he does not know that it exposed a greater danger: the shameful origin of the colony.
