Ready to Order is for vocatiol students training to become chefs, bartenders and waiters. It is also suitable for professiols who wish to brush up their English. It caters for students from elementary to pre-intermediate level by providing activities for mixed ability groups. Reading to Order consists of a coursebook, a workbook and a teacher?s book. There is also a cassette /CD with all the model dialogues used in the coursebook. The coursebook is set in a London restaurant called the Casablanca, Which is part of the Hollywood Hotel. The book follows the daily lives of three main characters: Rosa ( a cook ), Jan ( a waiter ) and Peter ( a bartender ).
