A mamouth multicultral exhibition and event held in Tijuana. The art section met with wild success and later traveled to Madrid. The event included art, performance art, installation/public art, cinema, literature, and music to show the vitality, synthesis and creativity of the border city of Tijuana. The catalogue and the essays are on the arts portion of this major event.
